Project Portfolio Analyst

The role:

In this role we are looking for a candidate who will participate in strategic projects and initiatives in the UBS Bank.
As a successful candidate you will be working closely with various stakeholders on: detailed examinations of processes to identify opportunities for offshoring, data process analysis, as well as, identification of process improvements.

The role is located in the UBS office in Zabierzow (Krakow Business Park).

Responsibilities:

• Participating in projects and initiatives
• Suggesting improvements and managing them on a daily basis
• Guiding partners / stakeholders through projects and responding to their queries
• Delivering measurable results
• Overseeing project communication and change management measures for the respective project
• Data gathering and reports preparation

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master Degree
• Very good written and spoken English
• Ability to travel, and conduct multi-time zone meetings outside of local business hours
• Ability to prioritize own workload on a daily basis
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Very good communication skills and ability to work in the team
• Strong presentation, networking and influencing skills
• Strong client focus
