Purchasing Specialist with French
Location: Dąbrowa Górnicza
Ref.No PSF/MAS
Main tasks:
- administrative support for purchasing processes,
- creation, administration and monitoring of orders in the system,
- handling complaints and support in resolving disputes,
- managing the database of suppliers and materials in the SAP system,
- creating contracts, valuations and reports,
- contact with foreign suppliers, warehouses and support of the Buyers in everyday duties.
Requirements:
- good command of French and English,
- experience in customer sevice, administration, support of the purchasing department,logistics,
- the ability to work independently and in a team,
- good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel,
- practical knowledge of the SAP will be an advantage.
