We are currently looking for a dynamic individual with passion for social media to join our team in the quality area.
The team will be required to review workflow of the on-line content. The raters will review content for sensitive topic tags and classify the content as per the categories.
- Proven experience in providing Quality Assurance support in BPO/SSC environment.
- Very good command of French or German language as well as B2 level English
- Analytically-minded, logical thinker with strong problem solving skills and ability to identify process gaps and areas for improvement.
- Very good communication skills – ability to build effective relationships at all levels
- Available to work in 24/7 schedule
- Analyzing trends & report Quality performance and undertake or recommend corrective actions
- Establish procedures for handling data and performance reporting & continuously improve them
- Report team performance to internal and external stakeholders
- Act as a contact point for the managers (both internal and external for all the Quality-related queries
- Pick up process gaps & collaborate with managers to formulate solutions
- Act as Calibration Master on site for all markets and within the project’s scope
- Work closely with the teams to achieve quantitative & qualitative goals as per the SLA
- Drive efficiencies to reduce costs, improving productivity and CSAT and improving teams' performance
- Ensure regular meetings with QA Team & TLs to keep them informed of any updates received
