Quality Audit Manager

Work location: Zabierzów

The role:

As a member of the Process Excellence and Change Management Department you will have a chance to lead or to be a part of strategic quality improvement and audit related projects in the UBS Bank. As a Quality Audit Manager you will work closely with Senior Managers and functional / regional stakeholders to lead projects within the area of compliance, legal, risk and audit management.

The role is located in the UBS office in Zabierzow (Krakow Business Park).

Responsibilities:

Actively managing PEX quality /projects drawing on practical experience, industry best practice and knowledge
Leading transformation programs
Designing process and products
Delivering an internal compliance audit service incorporating audit schedule in accordance with UBS Policies and Procedures
Ensuring that all Internal Compliance Audit activities are conducted objectively and in consistent manner
Delivering Quality Audits which provide added value through continual improvement of banking services

Requirements:

Master degree
3-5 years of experience in project management and compliance audit area
Very good written and spoken English
Ability to travel and conduct multi-time zone meetings outside of local business hours
Very good communication skills and ability to work with the exposure to global senior stakeholders
Strong presentation, networking and influencing skills
Ability to prioritize own work and to work under pressure to strict deadlines

Additional assets:

Knowledge of German language
Knowledge of banking products and processes
Certificate in project management methodology
