OPIS STANOWISKA:
Odpowiada za zarządzanie i rozwijanie podległego zespołu, w tym organizowanie pracy podwładnych i rozliczanie ich z powierzonych zadań, dzielenie się wiedzą ekspercką oraz za przygotowanie i kontrolę budżetu podległej jednostki organizacyjnej.
Nadzoruje i koordynuje wdrażanie wymagań systemu zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa i jakości produktu, wymagań klientów oraz odpowiada za jego ciągłe doskonalenie.
Współodpowiada za bezpieczeństwo i jakość produktu oraz jego zgodność z wymaganiami prawa i klientów.
Przyczynia się do podnoszenia świadomości pracowników firmy w zakresie bezpieczeństwa produktu oraz propagowania polityki jakości w firmie.
Kontroluje proces aprobaty dostawców oraz materiałów surowcowych.
Koordynuje współpracę z klientami w zakresie specyfikacji oraz spełnienia wymagań jakościowych.
Kontroluje obszar magazynów i produkcji pod katem higieny oraz przestrzegania zasad bezpieczeństwa żywności.
Koordynuje i nadzoruje pracę działu jakości.
Reprezentuje firmę podczas audytów zewnętrznych i kontroli urzędowych i analizuje systemowo wymagania jakościowe klientów i audytorów.
WYMAGANIA:
Wykształcenie wyższe (Technologia Żywności)
Kilkuletnie doświadczenie na stanowisku Quality Managera w branży spożywczej
Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego – warunek konieczny
Znajomość przepisów i systemów zarządzania jakością w branży spożywczej: HACCP, BRC,
