For our client, well known italian manufacturing company in auto motive branch, we are currently looking for a local medium skilled Manager to deal with local Customer and Group Quality Procedures.
If you have min.5 years of management position in Quality field at Automotive factories and knowledge of English at least at Business level, do not hesitate to apply for this position.
- Quality department management
- Supporting subordinates’ professional development
- Supervision over quality procedures and documents
- Setting and controling quality targets
- Coordination of projects related to the introduction, improvement and maintenance of quality
- Creating quality requirements for new processes and products
- Initiating activities aimed at improving the quality of processes and its indicators
- Implementation, maintenance and development of existing quality management systems
- Supervision over corrective and preventive actions
- Conducting internal audits
- Contact and customer support - reporting cusomer compaints, products returns

- 5 year Automotive Experience in quality department.
- Familiarity with Automotive Quality Procedures (PPAP, APQP, FMEA, 8DReport, MSA, SPC )
- Fluent English skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience in team management
- Competence in effective problem solving and change management
- Knowledge of the customer's requirements is welcome (the largest automotive manufacturers)
