Our customer is a leading production company in a chemical industry, located in Southern Poland. Due to a rapid growth in Poland our client needs to strenghten its Quality Department. The chosen candidate will be responsible for all aspects within the Quality policy and will report directly to a General Manger.
- Responsibility for all quality issues in a plant in terms of running
production as well as launching new products
- Management of subordinates
- Implementing quality strategy and adjusting all activities to the standards
- Running quality improvement projects
- Planning quality audits
- Higher technical education (chemistry)
- At least 2-3 years of experience in quality management, in a chemical
company
- Practical knowledge of quality issues in accordance to production
processes, laboratory, customer, supplier
- Proven track record of successful change management
- Goal orientation
