Recruitment process for this position and onboarding trainings are conducted online.
- Around 1-2 years of experience in RTR area and deep knowledge of the accounting rules
- Fluent command of English
- Common use of Microsoft Office Software Applications in particular Excel
- Good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
- Ability to work under pressure with deadlines and in a changing environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
- Very good analytical skills and attention to details
- General Accounting: JE preparation/posting, allocations, intercompany and elimination transactions, accruals/pre-payments, accounts receivable and reserves, prepaid expenses, period close processes, account reconciliation activities, reporting
- Fixed Assets and intangibles: accounting activities, month end closure activities, reporting
- Treasury: bank reconciliation, reporting
- Ensuring process is controlled according to the agreed procedures and country specific variances
- Delivering a high quality, professional and proactive day to day service to client, within agreed SLA’s and ensuring these are fulfilled according to the timetable agreed with Team Leader
