TWOJE ZADANIA:
Realizacja procesów rekrutacyjnych na stanowiska pracowników usług czystościowych i ochrony
Pozyskiwanie i selekcja kandydatów poprzez bezpośrednie spotkania w terenie- rekomendowanie do zatrudnienia
Prowadzenie działań rekrutacyjnych w terenie, reagowanie na potrzeby organizacji
Redagowanie i publikowanie ofert pracy, kontakt z instytucjami rynku pracy
Obsługa wewnętrznego programu rekrutacyjnego
