In this role you’ll be responsible for equipment in the TR&D Department, monitoring its quality status, writing opinions and approvals of related documentation.
- Participation in deployment and monitoring of the Quality system in the TR&D Department
- Supporting preparation of the TR&D area for inspections and audits, participation in the audits/ inspections and supporting follow-up activities
- Control and observance of GMP/GDevP and verification of documentation related to TR&D area equipment according to internal procedures and current regulations
- Verification and approval of equipment documentation
- Updating and maintenance equipment database
- Implementation of new guidelines, good practices and solutions to improve data integrity in the area of TR&D in reference to the equipment status
- Participating in the project of computerized data storage and data processing system (data integrity) deployment
- Participation in Computerized Systems Validation
- Conducting investigations, root cause analysis and CAPA measures in case of incidents and quality deviations
- Organizing and conducting trainings on equipment related procedures
- Preparing labels for laboratory equipment
- University degree (Technical University, Natural Sciences or similar)
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of issues related to cGMP and GLP would be an advantage
- Experience in laboratory work (analytical, biotechnological, or quality control laboratory) would be an advantage
- Good organizational and teamwork skills

- Knowledge of data integrity issues would be an advantage
