On behalf of our Client, the world’s leading provider of talent management solutions, we are currently looking for the candidates who will hold the position of Resource Specialist.
Resource Specialist will work as a recruiter and will be responsible for managing end to end processes, screening candidates CVs against provided criteria as well as interviewing candidates on the phone to determine their suitability for the role and obtain required information. Moreover, the scope of duties will include also deploying effective delivery and attractions strategies, using all sourcing channels effectively and managing multiple campaigns.
The perfect candidate should have an experience in searching for candidates, managing recruitment processes and working with Hiring Managers. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build long- lasting relationships with candidates/clients are required. In addition, fluent English as well as any additional language is a must.
