The site of Polpharma Biologics at Duchnice (Warsaw, Poland), is a Biotech Drug Substance Manufacturing and Development facility of Biosimilars, with state of the art biotech GMP manufacturing lines, Quality Control laboratories as well as Technical Research and Development advanced unit. Our Quality, EHS (environment, health and safety) and OE (operational excellence) systems in place are our modus operandi to achieve our strategy and goals, creating the biosimilars medicines of the future to make therapies for critical diseases available to an ever wider range of patients and working in an safe, healthy and environmentally responsible facility.
In this position, you will be responsible for Risk and Business Continuity Management (R&BCM) system - working closely with Site Head of manufacturing and development facility. As a Risk and Business Continuity Manager you will coordinate the Leadership Team activities and meetings to drive Site operations, maintain the R&BCM system and lead its governance by working with the site senior leadership team to ensure the sustainability of our operations.
- 3-5 years of experience in Risk and Business Continuity Management.
- Experienced in establishing and leading Risk and Business Continuity Management system, setting up the governance to ensure a long lasting and sustained process.
- Experienced in digital tools and systems to manage Risk and Business Continuity.
- Experienced in Pharma industry and risk management in the GMP environment is a plus.
- Experienced in Biotech manufacturing industry will be highly valued.
- Knowledge in BioPharma, Biotech industry, Operational Excellence and/or Environmental Health and Safety will be valued.
- Fundamental expected skills and behaviors: good communication skills, teamwork, proactivity, responsibility and reliability in your execution of activities, ensuring a risk based system to drive founded decision making and compliance.
- Very good command of English language (ability to communicate in Polish language is an advantage).
