Sales Support Coordinator with German
Miejsce pracy: Łódź

The Technical Sales Support Coordinator is dedicated to deliver sales support with all actions aiming in enabling relevant business operations, working closely with sales and account teams and management.

  • Creation of standard and non-standard configuration – optional (depending on project assignment)
  • Recording and processing orders for equipment/software or configuration for sales teams and customers
  • Creating sales offers
  • Ensuring that all orders are being handled according to the process
  • Gaining and maintaining technical expertise for all products supported
  • Preparing accurate and timely responses to requests received
  • Managing current documentation
  • Operating on sales support systems
  • Communicating with sales representatives
  • Ability to create effective working relationships with customers, Fujitsu sales, service and project management stakeholders
  • Customer and business orientation
  • Fluency in English and German is a must
  • Experience in IT support or proven technical skills will be an asset (hardware/software knowledge depending on project assignment)
  • Understanding the sales cycle and experience in working with sales staff will be an asset
  • Business awareness
  • Very good communication skills (written and verbal) in both English and German
