The Technical Sales Support Coordinator is dedicated to deliver sales support with all actions aiming in enabling relevant business operations, working closely with sales and account teams and management.
- Creation of standard and non-standard configuration – optional (depending on project assignment)
- Recording and processing orders for equipment/software or configuration for sales teams and customers
- Creating sales offers
- Ensuring that all orders are being handled according to the process
- Gaining and maintaining technical expertise for all products supported
- Preparing accurate and timely responses to requests received
- Managing current documentation
- Operating on sales support systems
- Communicating with sales representatives
- Ability to create effective working relationships with customers, Fujitsu sales, service and project management stakeholders
- Customer and business orientation
- Fluency in English and German is a must
- Experience in IT support or proven technical skills will be an asset (hardware/software knowledge depending on project assignment)
- Understanding the sales cycle and experience in working with sales staff will be an asset
- Business awareness
- Very good communication skills (written and verbal) in both English and German
