Your responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining a material database in the SAP system;
- Ensuring full availability of raw materials and packaging required for the execution of production orders;
- Close cooperation with the purchasing department and suppliers in terms of optimizing the delivery plan and improving ongoing cooperation;
- Collaboration in the planning and availability of materials with internal business partners;
- Participation in the process of sales planning and internal operations;
- Analysis of sales forecasts and supervision of the appropriate level of stocks;
- Supervision over the timely execution of orders;
- Preparation of supplier assessments;
- Development and analysis of availability reports and material turnover index;
- Proposing and implementing procedures guaranteeing the smoothness of production operations and compliance of inventory levels in the system with reality;
- Minimizing material losses.
If you have:
- Higher education (logistics or economics will be an asset);
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a similar position;
- Very good knowledge of English;
- Very good knowledge of the SAP system and knowledge of material needs planning (MRP process);
- Ability to work in a dynamically changing environment;
- Very good knowledge of MS Office packages, especially Excel, Powerpoint (knowledge of VBA, Power BI is welcome);
- Communicativeness and the ability to work in a group;
- Process-oriented orientation, covering the activities of the entire company, not individual departments;
- Analytical thinking and data analysis;
- Ability to prioritize and make quick decisions.
