Your role
Supporting End Users and Functional Consultants in SAP. Optimization and improvements in SAP area.
Your responsibilities
- Optimizations and improvements in the Production Planning area from operational and functional viewpoint.
- Supporting End Users and Functional Consultants in SAP.
- Taking part in Master Data creation and maintenance.
- Gathering and proposing suggestions for SAP enhancements and new functionalities.
- Performing functional tests for the existing and new functionalities.
- Performing End Users trainings.
- Being the first point of contact for issues related to the functionality implemented.
- Elaboration of SOPs and manuals for End Users from relevant SAP transactions.
- Actual delivering supervisor or proper people reports and all necessary documentation to process evaluation.
- Informing direct supervisor about all abnormalities in process, documentation, progress of tasks and decisions.
- Reporting the work progress and tasks status to supervisor.
- Close cooperation with End Users and Functional Consultants.
- Cooperation with all Production Department team and other groups from site and Polpharma.
- Worthy of representing the company.
- Work organizing and impact on the work of others in order to make the most effective use of working time and performance of tasks.
- Superior command execution.
- Representing Polpharma Biologics at business meetings with clients, partners and associates.
- Responsibility for the budget of a dedicated projects.
If you have
- Bachelor's, Master's or PhD - engineering or scientific
- 5-10 years working experience
- Experience in working in SAP processes or SAP support.
- Good knowledge of SAP PP (Production Planning) and EWM at an advanced level.
- Good understanding of the SAP system configuration.
- Ability to think analytically and see processes end-to-end.
- Very good speaking and writing English skills.
- Skills: good work organization, individual problem solving, good communication, team cooperation skills and being open for new tasks are required.
- Experience in working as a Key User within the complex, multi-processes environment.
