Position purpose:

We are looking for a SCOM systems administrator.

Job description:

• Ongoing administration and maintenance of System Center Operations Manager monitoring infrastructure for a large enterprise environment.
• Designing and implementing new monitoring solutions.
• Management Packs configuration and modification.
• Providing subject matter expertise on performance optimization and configuration best practices for SCOM.
• Identifying, researching and resolving technical issues associated to monitoring systems.
• Continuing self-development on technologies related to areas of responsibility.
• Development and maintenance of existing documentation.
• Implementation and administration of other monitoring tools in multi-datacenter environment.
• Providing training to other team members.

Candidate’s profile:

• Analytical and methodical approach to problem solving.
• Self motivation and ability to work within a team or autonomous.

Requirements:

Essential:

• At least 1 years of professional experience with designing and managing SCOM environments.
• Experience in creating and modification of SCOM Management Packs.
• Experience in managing Enterprise class environments.
• Windows servers administration experience.

Additional:

• Linux systems administration.
• Experience in managing and administration of Nagios monitoring systems.
• Managing of HP DDMI system management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL systems.
