Your new company
For our Client, the international Company located in Katowice, we are currently looking for a person interested in the position of Scrum Master.
Your new role
Scrum Master will organize Scrum ceremonies such as planning meeting, daily scrums, demo’s and retrospectives, follow the process of sprint reporting as well as monitor release progress. One of the responsibilities will be also tracking the process of the sprint and ensure the effectiveness as well as productivity of the team.
What you'll need to succeed
Successful Candidate should possess minimum 2 years of experience on the position of Scrum Master and 2-5 years of experience in the Software Development field on the position of Developer, Tester or Architect. Scrum Master needs to be able to exchange information, news and ideas in a business environment, the person should also be assertive, facilitative, observant and able to lead a team to self-organization.
