- Proven track record facilitating Scrum ceremonies
- Experience in leading teams in Agile spirit, letting them evolve experimentally and adapt to changes
- Driving teams to collaborately improve themselves and embed constant continuous improvement in their workflow
- A solid technical background and ability to pick up new technologies to understand teams' needs
- Commercial experience in software engineering
- Thorough understanding of Agile frameworks
- Experience of other Agile frameworks such as Kanban
- Involvement in Agile community
