Recruitment process for this position and onboarding trainings are conducted online.
- 2-4 years of previous experience in accounting area
- Upper-intermediate command of English and German (B2 level)
- BA / MA Degree (preferably in Economics, Finance & Accounting, Business)
- Knowledge of ERP system
- The most complex tasks within: project set-up control, check of: current figures on projects and their impact on results, budget and forecast vs actuals, invoicing trigger and monitoring, preparation of agreed controlling reports, solving queries, support for Managers in results reporting, provisions, reservations, corrections to project costs and revenue, daily cooperation with PMs/Ams and Business/Financial Controller
- Audit support (preparations, answering queries, handling onsite audits)
- KPI and operational documentation
- Support to Team Leader (back-up in some administrative or basic team arrangements)
