For our Client, global media company located in Katowice, we are currently looking for candidates interested in Senior .NET Developer position.
Your new role
A successful candidate will have an established track record in launching successful customer-facing services, deep technical ability, experience in delivering video through applications and devices, solid communication skills, a desire to work in a fast-paced agile environment, and a passion for building a world-class entertainment experience. Your duties will cover: working with the Data Architect and Client Development Architect, maintain high-quality coding standards across the team to ensure the service is robust and simple to build on, deliver robust, modular and testable code adhering internal engineering procedures, code conventions and development methodologies. Moreover, you will contribute to comprehensive documentation that supports the development and system support lifecycles, work to remove any friction around software deployment to ensure iterative releases and rapid deployment of updates to our customers across all platforms, collaborate with the product team on the delivery of the product requirements and monitor system performance and resolve any issues or failures in staging or production environments.
What you'll need to succeed
To be ideal Candidate for this offer you need to have 5+ years of experience as a software development engineer or related role, track record of successful software delivery through all phases of development and degree in Computer Science or related. Relevant candidate has shipped at least one commercial software solution using WPF/ASP.NET/ASP.NET MVC/Web API and AWS/Azure, Experience of AWS technologies including EC2, S3 and CloudFormation, experience building high performance APIs and understanding of Agile methodologies. Experience in the development of a high-profile digital video service will be an advantage. Due to work in international environment good English is required.
