Duties:
- Responsibility for final results of Projects
- Direct cooperation with dependent Projects Managers
- Responsibility for selection, retention, supervision and termination of all subordinated staff
- Maintaining of organization of all budgets, cost to complete, variances, and provides updates to the controller
- Periodic site visits for monitoring situation on Projects
- Flexibility with relocation in case lack of projects in region
- Ability to allocate one's time effectively, work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
- Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities
- Ability to create, lead and develop projects teams
- Abillity of planning and delegating tasks
- Financial and time results orientation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of English
- Very good negotiation skills
