Senior Software QA Manager

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing QA team work (Automation, Manual) across an Agile teams
• Managing and driving the creation and execution of manual and automated test cases for functional, load, performance, regression and end-to-end testing, back-end and front-end testing of entire system, subsystems and interfaces to other systems
• Determining, negotitaiong and agreesing quality methodologies, processes and tools across the entire location
• Driving and managing various testing efforts as Functional, Security, Accessibility, Integration, Internationalization, Localization, Load
• Working closely with Product Managers/Owners, DevOps, Dev leads, Architects to establish the right test plans, testing environments and settings, automation tests and ensure deployment to staging & QA environments
• Presenting clear executive reports answering the defined quality KPIs
• Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met
• Recording, analysing and distributing statistical information
• Monitoring performance, maintaining high visibility into QA projects and progress

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience on a similar position
• Experience in designing and executing tests across many operating system/browser/device combinations
• Experience as Software Quality Assurance tools
• Experience in managing and working on agile project teams or with agile methodologies
• Excellent English command
• Strong understanding of and passion for software testing theory and best practice
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability travel
