Senior UI Designer
Job Description:
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include taking briefs through from creative to completion, facilitating brainstorming sessions and encouraging innovative ideas to then identify the most appropriate interactive solutions. Experience in delivering enterprise level designs across devices, you will be able to create wireframes and design outstanding user interfaces.
You will have a solid understanding of UX principles and will be able, when called on, to apply this knowledge when creating fully responsive designs across platforms/ devices. Examples of user personas, user journeys, sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes are desired. You will be required to work closely with the UX team, bouncing ideas back and forth to improve the ultimate user experience through stunning design.
Requirements:
You must also have strong communication skills as you will be leading creative pitch work and multiple digital projects across – presenting ideas to senior stakeholders and internal directors. You will revel in being challenged about your designs and will be able to justify them eloquently and convincingly.
Skills & Experience:

To conceive, sketch and iterate on a wide variety of visual and interaction design projects.

To design detailed user interface elements and consider design interaction.

To stay abreast of innovation in UI design and be innovative and creative in defining and delivering solutions.

Proven experience designing web and mobile interfaces to the highest standard, with examples currently in the market.

A strong understanding of user scenarios, user roles, personas, workflows and usability testing.

To pro-actively communicate the value of Nitro Digital to a range of external audiences and to develop and maintain good client and colleague relationships.

The ability to work independently where necessary, as well as within a multi-disciplined team
To be right for the job, you should have at least 5 years experience as a Digital
