Job description
There is an opportunity to become part of SACM Team in Service Management Group. In this role you will be responsible for ADDM L2 support and Waterfall maintenance and reporting.
Shifts working hours: Monday- Friday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM EST (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM Central European Time)
Main accountabilities
Waterfall responsibilities:
- weekly data refresh
- monthly manual data upload and refresh
- daily ad-hoc data source/tools specific reports directly from Waterfall Database
- monitor successful completion of SQL jobs/packages
- coordinate with internal and external teams for data collection
Optional:
- ability to modify and/or create SQL jobs/packages
- review and audit of data to verify completeness/accuracy of data
Candidate’s profile
- Experienced ADDM specialist - ADDM architect level and strong operational experience is required
- Experience with SQL queries against databases; SQL scripting skills would be an advantage
- Understanding of technologies used in large organizations to deliver IT services, specifically data management-wise
- Able to write reports, conduct meetings and perform investigative work;
- Understanding of how Business processes are supported by technology;
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility and thinking out of the box
- Understanding of/experience in Service Management processes and ITIL ( ITIL certificate would be an asset )
- Experience in/knowledge of ServiceNow tool
- Fluent English, written and verbal
