Service Coordinator

Recruitment process for this position and onboarding trainings are conducted online.

                                                                      

What do you need to start?

• very good verbal and written English language; 
• good command of MS Office suite; 
• good ITIL methodology knowledge; 
• previous experience with IT Service Management.   

It's not essential, but we appreciate if you also have:

• ITIL certification.  

 

What duties will help you grow?

• Incident/Events management; 
• Management of requests and service catalog; 
• Problem management; 
• Change management; 
• Experience with ServiceNow; ITIL certification.
