The Service Level Manager is responsible for providing for continual identification, monitoring and review of the levels of IT services specified in the Service-level agreements (SLAs). She or he works with system and application specific tools, communicates with the IT team of our clients and handles all technical tasks regarding availability and operation of applications.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation KPI Reporting.
- Preparation Service reports, IM Optimization.
- Reporting (List Comparing and refreshing values).
- Administration of Individual Contract Positions.
- Customer oriented / service focused behavior
- Good knowledge of UNIX/Linux/Windows operating systems
- Preferably a broad information technology background
- Used to work in an ITIL and process oriented environment
- Person with a strong sense of responsibility and forward-looking mode
- Strong ability to work in teams as well as working independently
- Strong communicational skills in external (to the client) and internal communication
- Good knowledge of English language
