Responsibilities
- Accountable for end to end delivery of the Service Optimization objectives (on time delivery, reduced cost/service, etc.), sticking to and continuously improving ways of working
- Manage people (portfolio share, work allocation, attrition, leaves, etc.)
- Manage escalations and re-prioritizations
- Assist team-members with exceptional situations or customer escalations
- Orchestrate service improvement activities
- Supervise the job of the Service Optimization Specialist and Service Optimization Category Expert
- Quick resolution of cross-functional short & mid-term issues with market teams and Product Flow Orchestrator - Provide feedback to market team(s) on service risks & mitigation status
- Accountable for implementing the supply by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and managing exceptions to proactively mitigate risks - Proactive stock management & Reactive stock allocation
- Ensures full information flow on relevant execution topics to Category Expert on service risks in an efficient and proactive way
- Ensures availability of all relevant information for customer communication
- Work with Repack teams and external repackers to gather constraints and create repack production plans
- Acts as single point of contact for MCP (Market Collaboration Planner) and Customer Experience teams
- Ensures full information flow on relevant execution topics to Plan & Execute Manager and Customer Experience teams esp. on KPIs & service risks in an efficient and proactive way
- Is responsible & accountable for creating exception-based risk overviews by category & follows up on relevant prioritization with MCPs
- Orchestrates stock allocation with respective Service Optimization team members
- Orchestrates Pega case creation Evaluation and creation of reports to evaluate SAP aATP rule set and propose changes where needed
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- University degree (minimum Bachelor)
- Strong communication in English– both oral and written skills. Ability to communicate efficiently with all levels of management and peers,
- Another European language will be an asset
- Experience in areas such as production scheduling, inventory management or supply/operations planning is preferred
- Strong process development, improvement, and implementation experience
- Self-motivated and independent personality with strong negotiation & problem-solving skills as well as a strongly developed proposal thinking mindset
- Strong understanding of supply chain and supply planning business drivers, organization structures and key metrics
- Well-developed interpersonal / communication skills
- Working knowledge of any ERP systems
- Understanding of business and local market specifics when applicable
