Service Reporting Manager with French

What do you need to start?

• Very good verbal and written French language
• Avoir La Niaque! Enthusiastic, hardworking, confident with a “can do” attitude
• Good command of MS Office suite
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

It's not essential, but we appreciate if you also have:

• Previous experience with IT Service Management
• ITIL certification

 
 

What duties will help you grow?

We’re currently looking for a French speaking Service Reporting Manager for a new French customer. The selected candidate will join a team providing KPIs & SLAs reports and identifying any problem areas or successes. He/she will create management reports and have the ability to interpret and collate the data to provide feedback to relevant teams.
