Service Integration Architect Team is a group of IT professionals offering our services in the areas of architectural analysis, consulting, solution design and implementation with great enthusiasm and passion. Our team provides expertise in a range of projects oriented around ServiceNow platform including, but not limited to: ITSM and ITOM architecture analysis and design, full platform implementation and technical oversight, ITSM solutions integrations, data and system migrations and pre-sales support and solution design.
Who are we looking for?
If you are:
- A ServiceNow Professional with a proven thought leadership and expertise in solution design, technical implementations and best practice development
- Experienced as an Architect or in a role with a similar set of responsibilities
- Aspiring to become an Architect and you believe that you have the skills and experience allowing you to take on challenges of one
- Able to socialize ideas, make recommendations, and gather team consensus to solve problems and prepare prototypes for proposed solutions
- Excellent at communicating technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Able to confidently present business cases, strategies and solutions to challenging audience
- Able to lead projects and teams in a complex environment.
And you have:
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementations, acting as an Architect or in a similar capacity in a minimum one full ServiceNow implementation
- Experience in designing architecture for core ITSM and other ServiceNow modules/features such as ITOM, HR, SAM, ITBM or Orchestration
- Understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions
- Understanding of the Micro-services architecture and enterprise integration concepts
- Experience with other ITSM software (BMC Remedy, HP, LANDesk, etc.), experience with ITSM tool migration and upgrade projects
- Practical experience in common Automation and Orchestration Technologies in ServiceNow
- Practical experience in ServiceNow ITOM suit implementation is a plus
- ServiceNow Certifications nice to have: Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and CIS in at least one module. Alternatively, candidate should be capable of passing the certification exams during trial period (Capgemini may offer relevant internal trainings)
What will you do?
Service Integration Architect is a client facing role which requires good presentation and communication skills as well as good technical capabilities. Successful applicants will be able to work with the most exciting technologies based around ServiceNow platform in a project-oriented environment with Capgemini clients across the globe.
Main accountabilities may include:
- Provide top level business and technology architecture consultancy services to our clients
- Provide input to the design of ServiceNow based ITSM solutions as a recognized Architect or Design Authority
- Provide input and assistance in the pre-sales activities presenting solution proposals to potential clients
- Lead or support creation of innovative digital offers as complete enterprise solutions
- Lead or support implementation programs for complex enterprise scale solutions
- Provide input to and/or create specialist points of view for the market and present at industry events
- Bring thought leadership and innovative solution ideas to existing clients and bids alike
- Work with Customer Managers, Architects, Subject Matter Experts, Developers and senior levels on client site
Who will you be working with?
Our Architects participate and actively support business initiatives by building reliable, efficient, scalable and business oriented solutions based on ServiceNow platform. They are involved in design and architecture of complex systems on all levels, from legacy solutions migration, through core platform setup, to integrations, automations and orchestrations. In addition, our Architects perform research into partner technologies or other vendor solutions in context of client requirements for architecture and design proposal.
