For our Client, international software company we are searching for Software Development Team Leader

Your new role
Development Team leader will lead his direct reports, enabling them and establishing a high performing development culture within the organization. Provide vision on day-to-day tasks and long term strategy defined by the CTO. Development Team Leader will ensure team motivation, induction, appraisal and goal setting process for his team is done in high standard. Responsible for making sure the team follows the Company’s development standards, processes and quality of software delivered. Your main responsibilities will cover: recruiting, leading and motivating a team of 10+ Software Developers and work closely with Product teams. Additionally, you will ensure there is good communication between various technology groups (infrastructure, architecture, software development, support), work alongside Head of Development in Poland to ensure appraisals and personal development plans are in place and executed and maintain close relationships with other Team Managers in the office to ensure consistent management approach across the office. You will be also responsible for training, promotion and succession for all direct reports, measurement and improvement of productivity and quality of direct reports through 1on1 meetings.

What you'll need to succeed
To be an ideal candidate you need to have experience in software development (Java or Web or Mobile or .NET) and at least 2-3 years of experience in leading a development team, excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience in development of distributed/scalable systems and strong understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile, PMI). Very good English is required.
