Software Test Engineer
Location: Rybnik

Job description:
- Review test-related documents (general specifications, functional specifications, requirements documentation, etc.)
- Plan, design, develop and automate test cases
- Prepare test documentation: Test Strategy, Test Plan and Test Report, etc.
- Execute test cases, analyze and report the results
- Ensure comprehensive tracking of defects
- Implement regression tests, based on risk analyses
- Coordinate live roll-out releases
Mandatory qualifications:
- Solid technical education
- At least two years of professional experience in the area of software testing
- Basic knowledge of web technologies (browsers, protocols, networking, HTML, JS, CSS, XML)
- Basic knowledge of relational databases (MSSQL, Oracle)
- Experience with test, requirements and defect management tools (HP QualityCenter and JIRA)
- Experience with test automation tools (SoapUI, QTP, Selenium)
- Experience with project management tools (VersionOne)
- ISTQB certification (foundation level, higher levels would be an advantage)
- Good communication skills
- Fluent English
Optional qualifications (nice to have):
- Two years of professional experience in the area of software testing automation
- Basic script language programming skills
- Basic knowledge of Java language as well as the Eclipse and NetBeans environment
- Knowledge of the agile software development methodology (SCRUM)
