Tasks:
As a Specialist in our Business Development Department, you will play a key role in the identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic business opportunities to drive company growth. You will work closely with manager of the department and cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, assess potential partnerships, and contribute to the overall business development strategy. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and trends in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Assisting in the evaluation of partnership and collaboration opportunities, including licensing agreements, joint ventures, and acquisitions.
- Collaborating with internal teams to gather relevant data and insights for decision-making.
- Participating in the development of business cases, financial models, and presentations to support proposed initiatives.
- Assisting in negotiation processes and contract discussions with potential partners.
- Monitoring industry developments and competitive landscape to provide recommendations for strategic actions.
- Maintaining accurate records of business development activities and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Strong interest in the pharmaceutical industry and business development activities.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data.
- Effective communication and presentation skills (also in English).
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Prior experience or internship in business development, pharmaceuticals, or a related field is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as required.
