  • Obsługa klientów platformy CRM przy użyciu kanałów komunikacji elektronicznej (e-mail, telefon, livechat).
  • Realizowanie raportów i zestawień.
  • Obsługa bazy danych.

Wymagania

  • Umiejętność obsługi komputera (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Bardzo dobra organizacja pracy.
  • Rzetelność i terminowość.
  • Silna motywacja do pracy.
