Opis stanowiska:
Kompleksowa telefoniczna obsługa klientów i sprzedaż w języku fińskim
Doradzanie klientom w kwestiach dopasowania oferty produktowej do indywidualnych potrzeb
Badanie potrzeb klientów i dbanie o budowanie pozytywnych relacji
Administrowanie systemem zamówień
Dbanie o dobry wizerunek firmy
Wymagania:
Bardzo dobra znajomość języka fińskiego
Komunikatywna znajomość języka polskiego lub angielskiego
Doświadczenie w telefonicznej obsłudze klienta lub sprzedaży będzie atutem
Wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności interpersonalne
Komunikatywność, poprawność i płynność językowa oraz nastawienie na potrzeby klienta
Profesjonalizm w kontakcie telefonicznym z klientem
