Specjalista ds. obsługi klienta – język niemiecki

Osoba na tym stanowisku odpowiedzialna będzie za:
kompleksową obsługa klienta w zakresie terminowej realizacji zamówień i wysyłek
obsługę portali internetowych klientów i firm spedycyjnych
kontrolę poprawności zamówień klienta (EDI, analiza forecast)
realizację zamówień
wystawianie zleceń transportowych
ścisłą współpracę z działem planowania produkcji umożliwiająca terminową realizację wysyłek i nadawanie priorytetów planowaniu produkcji
nadzór i aktualizacja wskaźników KPI (OTD, transporty specjalne, itp.)
Wymagania:
3 lata doświadczenia w zakresie obsługi klienta
znajomość języka niemieckiego na poziomie komunikatywnym (B2) w mowie i piśmie.
znajomość procesów logistycznych
umiejętność pracy w zespole
umiejętność pracy pod presja czasu
bardzo dobra znajomość MS Office (szczególnie MS Excel)
bardzo dobra organizacja pracy, umiejętność ustalania priorytetów
