Osoba zatrudniona na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna m. in. za:
Zagwarantowanie wysokich standardów obsługi klienta w obszarze kompletności i punktualności dostaw
Budowa partnerskich relacji z obecnymi kontrahentami i klientami
Kontrola podwykonawców pod kątem jakości świadczonych usług
Nadzorowanie prawidłowej współpracy z dostawcami, odbiorcami, poprzez monitorowanie i analizowanie jakości obsługi klientów.
Rozpatrywanie spraw reklamacyjnych, kontrola przebiegu ich realizacji. Procesowanie spraw reklamacyjnych tworzenie i analiza raportów reklamacyjnych.
Sporządzanie i kompletowanie dokumentacji związanej ze szkodami powstałymi w procesie przewozowym.
Procesowanie zleceń w systemie, nadawanie statusów, procesowanie reklamacji i sporządzanie raportów systemowych
Kompletowanie dokumentacji po zakończonym procesie dostawy
Wymagania:
Wykształcenie minimum średnie
Mile widziane doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku
Komunikatywna znajomość języka angielskiego
Znajomość pakietu MS Office
Zaangażowanie, proaktywna postawa, samodzielność i nastawienie na osiąganie wyznaczonych celów
Umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu oraz odporność na stres
