OPIS STANOWISKA:
samodzielne prowadzenie procesów rekrutacyjnych (tworzenie i publikacja ogłoszeń, wstępna selekcja aplikacji, prowadzenie rozmów rekrutacyjnych, rekomendowanie najlepszych kandydatów),
współpraca z kadrą zarządzającą w zakresie określania potrzeb rekrutacyjnych,
aktywne budowanie bazy kandydatów,
dbanie o profesjonalny wizerunek firmy wśród kandydatów,
cotygodniowe tworzenie zestawień HR,
zakup materiałów biurowych i innego sprzętu operacyjnego,
porównanie ofert i wybór dostawców
współpraca z dostawcami – sklepy, operatorzy telefonów komórkowych, firmy kurierskie, hurtownie ,odzieży specjalistycznej,
administrowanie zapasami odzieży roboczej,
organizacja wydarzeń firmowych, imprez itp.,
wsparcie w obowiązkach biurowych,
wsparcie w działaniach marketingowych.
WYMAGANIA:
