OPIS STANOWISKA:
Realizacja wybranych procesów rekrutacyjnych na stanowiska specjalistyczne i kierownicze na potrzeby zakładów produkcyjnych oraz spółek transportowych, handlowych i usługowych działających na terenie Polski w obrębie Grupy Kronospan;
Przygotowywanie treści i zamieszczanie ogłoszeń rekrutacyjnych;
Wdrażanie indywidualnie dopasowanych strategii dotarcia do właściwej grupy odbiorców, w tym aktywne pozyskiwanie biernych kandydatów przy użyciu portali i baz danych;
Bieżąca selekcja napływających aplikacji, przeprowadzanie wywiadów telefonicznych oraz organizowanie spotkań kandydatów z managerami;
Prowadzenie wewnętrznej bazy danych, a także raportowanie podejmowanych działań i ich wyników.
WYMAGANIA:
Przesłanie CV w j. angielskim;
Otwartość na długofalową współpracę;
Otwartość na nowe pomysły i zmiany;
Doświadczenie w samodzielnym prowadzeniu procesów rekrutacyjnych;
Umiejętność poszukiwania kandydatów metodą direct search;
Wykształcenie wyższe (mile widziane kierunkowe);
Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego;
Systematyczność, a także bardzo dobra organizacja pracy.
