Specjalista ds. Rekrutacji
Opis stanowiska:
Tworzenie oraz publikowanie ogłoszeń w odpowiednio dopasowanych portalach;
Pozyskiwanie kandydatów za pomocą kanałów społecznościowych;
Szukanie odpowiednich rozwiązań oraz narzędzi rekrutacyjnych;
Tworzenie bazy kandydatów stosownie do prognozowanych potrzeb rekrutacyjnych;
Wsparcie dla rekrutowanych pracowników – prowadzenie procesu onboardingu;
Raportowanie działań rekrutacyjnych;
Udział w projektach szkoleniowych (z partnerami, poprzez tłumaczenie dokumentów itp.).
Wymagania:
Doświadczenie w samodzielnym prowadzeniu procesów rekrutacyjnych;
Znajomość j. angielskiego na poziomie umożliwiającym swobodną, codzienną komunikację zarówno mailową jak i telefoniczną z pracownikami wewnątrz organizacji;
Umiejętność swobodnego korzystania z narzędzi przeznaczonych do procesów rekrutacyjnych oraz mediów społecznościowych;
Znajomość zagadnień związanych z ochroną danych osobowych w procesach rekrutacji;
Dobrze rozwinięte umiejętnościami interpersonalne;
Kreatywność w działaniu, samodzielność, inicjatywa;
Mile widziane doświadczenie w branży spożywczej (znajomość rynku pieczarek lub innych produktów rolnych).
