Opis stanowiska
Kompleksowe prowadzenie procesów rekrutacyjnych;
Pozyskiwanie kandydatów na rynku z wykorzystaniem różnych źródeł tradycyjnych i bezpośrednich, w tym Direct i Executive Search;
Współpraca z kierownikami obszarów w celu określenia potrzeb rekrutacyjnych, zarządzania talentami i planowaniem działań rekrutacyjnych;
Publikacja oraz monitorowanie ogłoszeń rekrutacyjnych;
Współpraca z zewnętrznymi agencjami świadczącymi usługi rekrutacyjne;
Koordynowanie kluczowych procesów HR (w tym m.in. zatrudnienia, onboardingu, sukcesji, zmian struktur, oceny okresowej).
Wymagania
Doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku min. 2 lata;
Umiejętność budowania partnerskich relacji ze współpracownikami;
Umiejętność ustalania priorytetów i bardzo dobrej organizacji pracy;
Wyższe wykształcenie.
