Pozyskiwanie oraz obsługa klientów z rynków niemieckojęzycznych oraz anglojęzycznych
Wsparcie administracyjne i logistyczne działań związanych z obsługą kontraktów handlowych
Obsługa procesu zamówień
Nadzór nad poprawnym obiegiem dokumentów dotyczących zawieranych umów handlowych
Udział w procesie negocjacji warunków umów handlowych
Przygotowywanie raportów dotyczących współpracy
Bieżąca aktualizacja danych dotyczących kontraktów handlowych
Wymagania
Płynna znajomość języka angielskiego i / lub niemieckiego w mowie i piśmie - warunek konieczny
Doświadczenie zawodowe w administrowaniu kontraktami/obsłudze umów handlowych
logistyce lub obsłudze klienta - mile widziane
Znajomość obsługi komputera (Pakiet MS Office)
Wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności komunikacyjne
Umiejętność pracy zespołowej
