Zakres obowiązków:
logistyczna obsługa zamówień dla przydzielonej grupy kluczowych niemieckich klientów firmy Timken
monitorowanie zamówień w systemie SAP, kontrolowanie terminów dostaw
i dostępności produktów, rozwiązywanie problemów związanych z procesem dostawy, efektywna komunikacja mailowa i telefoniczna
współpraca z innymi działami firmy Timken na całym świecie (produkcja, sprzedaż, marketing, dział cen) w celu realizacji zamówienia klienta.
Wymagania:
biegła znajomość języka niemieckiego i doświadczenie we współpracy z native speakerami
doświadczenie na stanowisku związanym z obsługą klienta w centrum usług biznesowych, centrum logistycznym, firmie międzynarodowej – mile widziane
dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
wykształcenie licencjackie/magisterskie
umiejętność szybkiego uczenia się i samodzielność
umiejętność pracy w zespole
