Requirements:

• Industry engineering or supplier chain management or machinery manufacturing related bachelor degree
• Experience in logistics and purchasing team management, including more than 5 years' automotive industry experience
• Proficient in lean methods
• Proficient in IATF/VDA system
• Dealing with customer standards
• Knowledge of ERP systems, ideally SAP
• Expert of MS Office
• English knowledge fluent in spoken and written

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for overall management of supplier chain department, including internal logistics, production and material planning, supplier and purchasing management
• Be responsible for material requirements planning, ordering raw materials and purchasing parts on time, controlling the processes in the incoming department and raw material warehouse
• Monitoring of raw materials/purchased parts inventory, taking into account inventory targets
• Be responsible for production planning, generating production plans based on customer requirements and inventory
• Be responsible for the distribution/transportation of materials to the production stage as planned and in the correct quantities to ensure smooth production according to the production plan
• Be responsible for customer relationship maintenance, including customer visit, dealing with customer logistics audit, customer logistics claims management and so on
• Be responsible for statistics and analysis of procurement data, including procurement cost reduction data, statistical analysis of procurement amounts, analysis of provisional estimates, etc.
• Be responsible for overall department management and employee development, including department KPI preparing and implementation, individual KPI preparing and tracking, employee training and other human resource related tasks
• Be responsible for bidding selection of new suppliers, quotation comparison, contract negotiation, etc.
