Currently we are growing our Team and we are looking for a Sourcing Specialist with German to join the Recruitment Team in in Gdansk. As the Sourcing Specialist with German, you will cooperate with recruiters to meet team goals by applying creativity and innovation to uncovering the best talent to join Cognizant across EMEA.
In order to successfully do your job, you need to be an excellent communicator who is persuasive and possesses great interpersonal skills, highly analytical and detail-oriented team player juggling many tasks at once. As a Talent Sourcing Specialist with German, you will be a part of the Continental Europe recruitment team. We propose teamwork, collaboration and knowledge sharing as our fundamental ways of working around here.
- Cooperating with recruitment team regarding sourcing techniques and effective strategies, devising effective strategies to uncover top talent in our various markets
- Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks, job boards and forums)
- Assisting in recruitment and selection process including job posting, screening resumes and interview support
- Developing new channels of sourcing for our various locations
- Cooperating actively and maintaining good relationship with the business to identify staffing needs
- Building networks to find qualified passive candidates and coordinate influential candidate relationships during selection process.
- Developing a pool of qualified candidates in advance (pipeline candidates for the potential requirements)
- Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcing Specialist or similar role will be an asset
- Strong communication skills in English&German (C1 level)
- Passion for building diverse and inclusive teams
- Good in using job boards, professional, social-networking sites for sourcing
- Online Social Media Knowledge
- Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
- Ability to work on various IT skill requirements and should possess the ability to source effectively
