Team Lead Transaction Monitoring – Correspondent Banking [rekrutacja online]

We are looking for you:
  • If you have 5-10 years of total work experience with a minimum of 36 months experience in Correspondent Banking/PSP TM investigations, dealing with major Financial Institutions, PSP, and other payments providers;
  • If you have an established and proven team leadership skills, having been in a similar role for at least 12 months;
  • If you have a great understanding of how money laundering, terrorist financing and tax evasion are executed and the differences between them and their impacts – especially in the context of Correspondent Banking and PSPs;
  • If you have expert skills in conducting effective TM investigations, including data and transaction analysis, research and documentation;
  • If you have a developed understanding of the global financial system and banking as well as the regulatory environment and the impacts of non-compliance;
  • If your English is fluent, reading and writing;
  • If you have knowledge of SWIFT messages´ system;
  • If you have professional certification for Correspondent Banking (CAMS, CFE, ICA or equivalent).
You'll get extra points for:
  • Intermediate and above in French, German, Spanish or Dutch would be advantageous.

Scope of duties
