As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the levels of service meet or exceed the targets and client\'s expectations.
You\'ll be managing a team providing application L2 suport.
- Taking ownership of the delivery and be the point of contact for customers

You\'ll be managing the team on a daily basis: shift rota, vacation plans, performance management.
