We’re currently searching for a cloud enthusiastic team player, having around 4+ years of experience in customer facing, end-user facing consultative interactions, building, and delivering public cloud with expertise in Google Cloud and AWS technologies
Core Competency: Qwicklabs, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Administration of Qwiklabs deployment operations: user accounts, classroom provisioning, customer access setup, content creation, packaging, and publishing.
- Real-time support of Googlers and customers on the Qwiklabs-based platform (identify and resolve Googler and customer issues in preparation of and during customer events; troubleshoot lab related content and technical issues before and during customer events; escalate content and platform issues to appropriate teams)
- Provide technical expertise in helping customer engineers, developer relations, and other pre-sales resources in identifying and delivering customer facing hands-on demos aligned with our offerings, to influence the business decision making process for the customer. Objective to help enterprise customers understand how Google Cloud products can be applied to drive business value.
- Understand and be able to effectively communicate the key strengths and functional breadth of Google Cloud and integration of our product line for development and deployment.
- Ensure that labs are created, curated, delivered, and maintained to meet specific quality standards
- Ensure that labs are published from the staging environment to production
- Ensure proper platform use and enforce governance policies to prevent potential platform abuse and misuse
- Track products and customer issues by documenting root cause, providing steps to reproduce and suggested code-level resolutions for complex issues.
- Provide recommendations, based off of support interactions, to improve self-service platform training and platform management operations
- Expertise in git source management and application workflow for dynamic content
- 2+ years of experience in customer or end-user facing consultative interactions
- 2+ years of experience in developing automated deployments using Deployment Manager, Cloud Formation, Terraform, and bash shell scripting
- 2+ years of technical proactive program management in an operational client facing environment leading to overall system improvements
- 2+ years of experience in improving technical support through qualification of underlying trends and analytical data
