Technical Support with Danish

Duties:
- contact with clients to support technical problems by chat, e-mail or telephone,
- prepare documentation about technical solutions and best practices,
- developing products and technologies in the company,
- cooperation with other company departments.
Requirements:
- technical education and/or experience in a similar position,
- advanced English and Danish,
- knowledge or experience in the computer networks configuration,
- experience in work with technical documentation,
- customer service experience nice to have.
