Kluczowe zadania na tym stanowisku:
Instalacja i konfiguracja oprogramowania użytkowego;
Zakup sprzętu komputerowego, telefonów oraz licencji na oprogramowanie;
Realizacja procedur reklamacyjnych sprzętu IT;
Monitorowanie, konserwacja, diagnostyka, naprawa, sprzętu komputerowego oraz sieci LAN;
Monitorowanie stanu licencji na oprogramowanie.
Czego oczekujemy:
Umiejętności obsługi Windows;
