Zadania:
Description
This is Test Lead position in the group developing internet services used on computer platforms (like PC, servers, smartphones, tablets).
Responsibilities:
- Working out test strategy based on functional, performance and system requirements;
- Leading a group of testers, dispatching task between test engineers, driving for implementation of test strategies;
- Writing test specifications;
- Implementing test frameworks and automated tests;
- Executing tests according to test routines.
- MSc degree in Technical field (Computer Science is preferred);
- Fluency in English (spoken, written) - the level of Certificate of Advanced English;
- Ability to understand and analyze project requirements;
- Very good communication skills;
- Good multitasking/context switching skills;
- Working out test strategies and translating requirements into appropriate test plans;
- Strong problem solving skills with the ability to analyze and debug issues;
- Knowledge of testing methods: unit, functional, integration, exploratory, white-box, black-box, load tests, pairwise testing;
- Developing and refining test processes;
- Ability to actively apply good test principles;
- Knowledge of the following operating systems: MSFT Windows, Linux;
- Knowledge of Internet Applications/Services architecture;
- C/C++ and C# programming skills;
- Python or Ruby programming skills.
- Well-welcomed skills (these skills will increase the likelihood of hiring):
- Experience with Visual Studio as IDE;
- Experience with subset of the following source control systems: TFS, SVN, GIT, Mercurial;
- Knowledge of waterfall and agile-based software development methodologies;
- Experience with Android/iOS/Mac OS.
